Huntsman has an exciting opportunity for a positive and energeticCustomer Service Representativewho is passionate about serving B2B customers and meeting their needs in line with the Polyurethanes business and supply chain this role you will take full accountability for deliveringrightfirsttime Order-to-Cash performancewhile ensuring compliance with agreed service levels.
You will join our internationalEAME Customer Service team responsible for managing day-to-day customer interactions and processes related to order managementlogisticscoordination and post-delivery care for our Polyurethanes division.
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader you will oversee theentire lifecycle of a sales order: from order entry and coordination with sales and supply chain to delivery scheduling invoice execution and follow-up. Role Responsibilities:
As aCustomer Service Representative you willbe responsible for:
Maintainingcompany standards for safety and compliance while embodying Huntsmans corporate principles and values.
Managingthe end-to-end order-to-delivery process and master data in SAP and related systems.
Actingas the primary point of contact for European customers liaising between various internal and external stakeholders.
Cultivatingandmaintainingexcellent relationships with customers and stakeholders by providingtimelyinformation and proactive follow-up on orders and deliveries.
Proactivelyidentifying preventing and resolvingissues related to orders and deliveries to ensure on-time andaccurateexecution.
Ensuringcorrect documentation handling amendments and legalizations as specified in the order-to-delivery process.
Promote Huntsmans customer web portal for order entry and documentation retrieval tooptimizeefficiency.
Deliveringproducts and services in line with customer and supply chain requirements while following cost-effective principles.
ManagingVendor Managed Inventory/Consignment and accruals and settlement processes for rebates and commissions.
Handlingcomplaints logging and follow-up ensuringtimelyclosure with customers.
Experience and Competencies:
What we are looking for:
Bachelors orMasters degree in International Economics Marketing Finance Logistics or equivalent.
Excellent communication and influencing skills with a focus on building strong relationships.
Knowledge of export procedures is.
Knowledge of Incoterms 2020.
Flexible attitude towards varying markets to be served (focus on UK and other export countries)
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and service-oriented attitude.
Flexible team player with a positive attitude and ability to work independently.
Resilient under stress adept at multitasking and capable of handling varying workloads.
Fluent in Englishadditionallanguages are a plus.
Cultural awareness of the areas you cover.
