ERE Evening Custodians

TITLE: Evening Custodians (Hours typically from 3-11 pm)LOCATION: East Ridge Elementary (Coralville IA)JOB SUMMARY: Maintains the Clear Creek Amana School facilities and TO: Building Engineer or Director of Buildings and GroundsQUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or to work under pressure with frequent interruptions. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently. Physically able to stand walk climb se hands and fingers to handle and/or feel objects squat stoop kneel reach above the head and push/pull or lift/move heavy objects Work in various inside and outside environments being subjected to weather changes and various noise manual dexterity to handle pieces of custodial equipment such as vacuums mop buckets electric floor scrubbers etc. Requires lifting materials weighing up to (seventy) 70 pounds on a routine basis and may be required to lift heavier items on DUTIES: Keep buildings and premises including sidewalks driveways and play areas safe neat and clean at all times.
