Schedule & Pay
- MondaysThursdays: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM and Fridays 8:30 AM 6:00 PM
- Pay: $19.00/hour
- Closed on Sundays!

What Youll Do
As the Receptionist at Tom Kadlec Honda youll be more than the first face guests see youll set the tone for the entire experience. Youll:
- Welcome every guest with energy warmth and genuine enthusiasm
- Confidently guide visitors to the right team members smoothly deflecting questions when needed
- Keep our team informed of arrivals and ensure seamless communication
- Own the phones and telecommunications system with professionalism and poise
- Jump in to support warranty claim statements invoicing and deal jacket organization with accuracy and care
- Coordinate vehicle drives and schedules with drivers to keep everything moving efficiently
- Pitch in wherever needed to support the administrative office and dealership teams
