Join a collaborative clinical team where your expertise truly matters. Mercy is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support safe evidencebased medication therapy and partner closely with physicians nurses and care teams to improve patient outcomes.
What Youll Do
- Review medication therapy and develop patientcentered treatment plans
- Provide dosing guidance drug info support and clinical recommendations
- Collaborate daily with providers and nursing staff
- Monitor outcomes and ensure safe effective medication use
- Utilize Epic Micromedex and pharmacy automation systems
- Support departmental initiatives education and quality programs
What You Bring
- BS or PharmD from an accredited pharmacy school
- Active state pharmacist license or be eligible to obtain license.
- Strong clinical judgment communication and teamwork skills
Preferred: PharmD PGY1 residency 2 years clinical experience BCPS
