FullTime MondayFriday Day Shift Rotating Weekends
Primary: Oncology Infusion Center Additional: Main Campus

Join a collaborative clinical team where your expertise truly matters. Mercy is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support safe evidencebased medication therapy and partner closely with physicians nurses and care teams to improve patient outcomes.

What Youll Do

  • Review medication therapy and develop patientcentered treatment plans
  • Provide dosing guidance drug info support and clinical recommendations
  • Collaborate daily with providers and nursing staff
  • Monitor outcomes and ensure safe effective medication use
  • Utilize Epic Micromedex and pharmacy automation systems
  • Support departmental initiatives education and quality programs

What You Bring

  • BS or PharmD from an accredited pharmacy school
  • Active state pharmacist license or be eligible to obtain license.
  • Strong clinical judgment communication and teamwork skills
    Preferred: PharmD PGY1 residency 2 years clinical experience BCPS
