The Lead Environmental Services Technician will perform environmental service functions to include servicing diverse types of floors daily cleaning activities as well as assisting the Environmental Services Coordinator with determined supervisory functions when needed.
Position Details:
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: Prior work experience following written and verbal instructions. Previous experience with performing manual tasks. Prior experience working with the public; customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: One year in a leadership role working with groups of at least five members. Prior environmental services experience.
Certification: Ability to acquire a chauffeurs license within 90 days.
License: Valid current drivers license; obtain a chauffeurs license within 90 days of employment.
Physical Requirements:
Position requires the ability to push pull and/or lift 50 lbs. regularly.
Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
Position requires the ability to grip reach bend kneel twist and squat.
