Job Summary

The Mission We are seeking a high-calibre nursing professional for a 1:1 care role attending an 80-year-old VIP. This position combines rigorous medical oversight with a spectacular maritime lifestyle. Your operational theatre will be the Tyrrhenian Sea with a cruising schedule that highlights Sicily The Aeolian Islands (Stromboli/Panarea) and Capri.

The Team You will be supported by a sophisticated medical infrastructure including:

A Lead British Doctor who manages all clinical governance.
Resident Physiotherapists for daily mobility and wellness sessions.
An experienced rotation of Western-trained nurses.

The Safety To ensure sustained excellence in patient care the department operates a strict double-nurse shift system. You will always have a clinical partner on duty guaranteeing safety protocols are met and preventing fatigue.

Requirements

Requirements

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western institution.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in ICU ER/A&E (Trauma) or Cardiac Care.
Language: Native or C1 English proficiency is a strict requirement.
Attributes: High emotional intelligence and the ability to live comfortably in a maritime setting.
