Staff Scientist I
Time Type: Full Time

Job Duties -List job duties and provide the percentage based on that breakdown. Must Equal 100%.
1. Maintain lab routine work and apply for lab safety documents (20%)
Routine lab maintenance (i.e. autoclave tip preparation liquid nitrogen tank refilling).
Support for lab safety applications.
2. Conduct immunologic and molecular biologic experiments in human studies and collect and analyze data (30%)
Assays such as qPCR flow cytometry ELISA.
Report research results to PI every week
Analyze data prepare manuscripts and present work at conferences.
3. Conduct immunologic and molecular biologic experiments (i.e. western IF qPCR) in animal studies and collect and analyze data (30%)
Assays such as western IF qPCR mouse strain breeding genotyping and maintainance.
Report research results to PI every week
Staff scientists and postdoc need to analyze data prepare manuscripts and present work at conferences.
4. Refine and standardize existing experimental procedures and train new lab members. (20%)
