The Opportunity

Were continuing to build a highperforming enterprise sales organization and are hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive strategic growth across enterprise accounts. This role is ideal for a relationshipdriven seller with a proven cybersecurity track record and strong executivelevel engagement skills. Youll collaborate closely with Sales Engineering and Channel teams to land new customers and expand within existing enterprise accounts.

What Youll Do

  • Own and drive growth across a defined set of enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans including whitespace analysis multithreading and executive alignment.
  • Lead businessoutcomefocused conversations with senior non-technical executives (Csuite SVP/VP) leveraging Sales Engineering for technical depth.
  • Manage complex sales cycles ($200K$1M) including multistakeholder alignment evaluations/POCs and negotiation to close.
  • Partner with channel organizations (resellers/SIs) to extend reach build pipeline and accelerate deals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Marketing Sales Engineering Customer Success and Product teams.
  • Represent Vectra with professionalism urgency and integrity in a fastpaced environment.

What Youll Bring

  • 10 years of enterprise field sales experience primarily in cybersecurity with consistent quota attainment.
  • Demonstrated success managing large enterprise customers with strong activatable executive relationships.
  • Proven track record closing complex multithreaded deals at $200K$1M ACV.
  • Businessvaluedriven selling approach; comfortable leading executive conversations and relying on SEs for technical validation.
  • Strong channel motion experience: coselling with VARs/SIs and coordinating partner activities.
  • Evidence of stability and progression in previous roles with true quotacarrying ownership.
  • Experience from leading cybersecurity vendors is highly valued.

  • A point of view on building repeatable sales velocity within enterprise accounts.
  • Experience selling into large complex enterprises across multiple verticals.
