Position Description:
The Certified Phlebotomy Technician (PBT) will provide onsite phlebotomy and laboratory support services in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The role supports Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service (P&LMS) operations and patient diagnostic testing in accordance with established PWS and BPA requirements.
Qualification:
- Must meet certification requirements for Certified Phlebotomy Technicians under SIN 621-046
- Qualified to perform inpatient and outpatient phlebotomy services
- Ability to conduct laboratory specimen collection
