Position Overview

The Transactional Paralegal will play a key role in supporting attorneys through all phases of complex commercial transactions including real estate acquisitions and dispositions asset-backed finance matters UCC filings and structured finance transactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented proactive and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting. This role offers exposure to high-profile transactions direct collaboration with respected attorneys and the opportunity to build deep expertise in sophisticated corporate and finance matters. Key Responsibilities

Assist with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions dispositions leasing and financing
Prepare review and manage transaction documents and closing checklists
Conduct and coordinate due diligence including title and survey review
Prepare and file UCC financing statements and related searches
Support asset-backed finance and structured finance transactions including preparation of closing binders and organizational documents
Coordinate closings track deliverables and maintain transaction databases
Liaise with clients opposing counsel title companies and other third parties
Organize and maintain transaction files and post-closing documentation
