Mercy Clinic Gastroenterology is seeking a BC/BE gastroenterologist to join a thriving well-established GI program located on campus of Mercy Hospital Springfield Missouri an 880-bed Level I trauma center serving as the regions premier referral hub.
This is a hospital-employed position within a physician-led group that prioritizes fairness efficiency and long-term stability. Physicians maintain a strong collective voice in operational decisions and equity across the practice.
- 880 acute bed hospital Level I trauma center
- System-wide EPIC EMR
- Established referral pipeline from a large multispecialty network
- On campus clinic endoscopy center for seamless workflow
This Position Offers:
- $700k guarantee & $50k Bonus
- Four-day work with predictable scheduling
- Call 1:8 supported by a strong cross-coverage culture and APP support
- Reliable path to full clinic and endoscopy volume immediate demand
- Strong consistent referral base from a large regional network
- No cap on earnings with upper-quartile to top-decile potential
- Efficient endoscopy unit with reliable access and protected block time
- Opportunity for advanced procedures such as RFA capsule endoscopy BRAVO Manometry ERCP EUS and TIF
- Equally shared call and endoscopy time no senior hierarchy
