Job Description:
We are searching for the best talent for a Corporate Services Total Rewards Leader IM Commercial located in New Brunswick NJ or Tampa FL.
This role acts as an internal consultant who advises the HR community and leadership on Total Rewards policies and procedures and delivers creative data-backed total rewards solutions. The role requires deep Compensation & Benefits knowledge strong consulting capability proven ability to influence others advanced analytical reasoning and business savvy to align rewards with corporate strategy across global and local contexts.
Responsibilities:
- Implement participate in the design of and communicate Total Rewards programs that align with business strategy both globally and locally applying Compensation & Benefits knowledge to ensure market-competitive and compliant program design.
- Prepare executive-level salary proposals and develop salary recommendations using rigorous analytical reasoning and market benchmarking present recommendations in a consultative manner to senior leaders.
- Perform job evaluations for senior leadership roles documenting methodology and outcomes with clear analytical rationale and consult with HRBPs and leaders to secure alignment.
- Manage Corporate Services Total Rewards cases end-to-end applying consulting skills to diagnose needs drive resolutions and influence stakeholders to adopt recommended solutions.
- Conduct extensive research and ad hoc analyses; translate data into actionable insights that demonstrate business savvy and support strategic workforce decisions in collaboration with regional Global Services Total Rewards team members.
- Resolve issues promptly and diplomatically; use influencing and negotiation skills to escalate appropriately and to obtain stakeholder buy-in for timely decisions.
- Manage Total Rewards governance and lead project planning and delivery using project management discipline business savvy prioritize initiatives and analytical reasoning to assess risks and outcomes.
- Partner with Business Unit HR and other HR community members as an internal consultantanticipate business needs recommend Total Rewards solutions and influence adoption across matrixed stakeholders.
- Represent Johnson & Johnson at external consortiums sharing Compensation & Benefits expertise market intelligence and business-focused insights.
- Perform other duties as assigned bringing a consultative mindset analytical rigor and commercial awareness to new tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required; advanced degree (Masters in HR MBA in HR or related concentration) preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of professional hands-on HR experience required.
- Broad HR experience preferred compensation plus exposure to Talent Management and HR Business Partner roles.
- Demonstrated Compensation experience including market benchmarking and reward program design.
- Consulting experience advising leaders and HR partners in a matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to influence others and negotiate outcomes with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and quantitative business skills; experience performing complex analyses and presenting executive-level recommendations.
- Business savvy with experience aligning HR/Total Rewards solutions to corporate strategy; global scope and responsibility strongly preferred.
- Understanding compensation laws and regulations is preferred.
- Strong project management skills and experience supporting large-scale project execution.
- Excellent leadership skills; operate with a global mindset and appreciation for regional differences.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- High sense of urgency attention to detail exceptional collaboration and teaming abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office required; Workday Salesforce HRIS database AI and reporting tools preferred.
- Position located in New Brunswick NJ or Tampa FL; it may require up to 10% of domestic/international travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$122000.00 - $212750.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year
Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off 80 hours per calendar year
