Co-Op Term

June 2026 December 2026

Key Responsibilities

Depending on assignment Co-Ops may:

• Support Cell & Gene Therapy process development operations or analytical development activities.
• Conduct laboratory experiments (cell culture molecular biology purification analytical assays etc.) or support business/operational processes.
• Perform data analysis using scientific or business platforms (Excel Tableau statistical tools etc.).
• Assist in maintaining bioreactors conducting upstream/downstream processing or supporting analytics testing (ELISA PCR flow cytometry etc.).
• Create reports SOPs documentation or KPI scorecards to support team decision-making.
• Participate in technical discussions team meetings and collaborative sessions.
• Maintain laboratory notebooks and follow compliance guidelines.
• Provide general project support across scientific operational or analytical functions.

Qualifications

Education:

• Preferred majors: Biology Biochemistry Molecular Biology Chemical Engineering Biological Engineering Biomedical Engineering Immunology Analytical Chemistry Business Supply Chain Finance Data Analytics or related fields.
• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree for the duration of the Co-Op.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 required.
• Completion of at least freshman year required.

Experience & Skills:

Required:

• Prior experience in laboratory techniques OR business/analytical tools depending on role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
• Strong communication presentation and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Preferred:

• Previous Co-Op/Internship or research experience.
• Experience with cell culture ELISA PCR chromatography or business analytics tools.
• Leadership experience through campus or community involvement.
