Position Role: Chief of Staff Principal Staff Officer and Comd Board member for Royal Corps of Army Music Headquarters.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage RCAM HQ.
2. Responsible for the efficient and effective management of RCAM HQ focal point and lead for all Staff. Provide coherence and guidance to the units within RCAM iaw the policy and direction of Corps Col RCAM LONDIST HQ HC and Head of Arms and Services as appropriate.
3. Plan and deliver the key outputs of Military Music Optimisation and site relocation. Business Change Manager (BCM) for RCAM HQ.
4. RCAM HQ lead for Visits and Conferences.
5. Corps Strategy Input Across 4-Ball Model and E1 Policy.
6. Corps Col RCAM representative when required.
7. RCAM Lead on Civil Engagement in conjunction with Corps SM.
8. Manage/Recording of Hospitality Book.
9. Mange the Business Continuity Plan.
10. Data Protection and Site Security Officer.
11. Manage all RCAM HQ Civilian Staff.
12. Budget Manager.
13. C2 with RPOC (ED&I Fire Regulations Real Life Support).
14. Principal conduit between HQ RCAM and Minley Stn.
