As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for the support of customers across all Global EMS customer programs.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to working closely with the Supply Chain Manager / Operations Manager Sales and Asset teams on the tactical execution of the overall engagement.
You will be responsible for the quotations both for local and corporate customers order backlog management preparing offers and handling various administrative tasks linked to the daily business.

What youll be doing:
- Complete appropriate weekly task list by working with the leaders and managers prioritising workload accordingly Responsible for the day-to-day
- Customer communication for the assigned engagements / accounts.
- Prepare and maintain all customer price and cost models including day-to-day operations of timely and accurate updating of quote tool(s) and other systems
- Create and maintain Customer and Manufacturer pricing agreements in SAP.
- Create Quotations and mass quotations for the assigned accounts
- Contribute to strategic pricing decisions and creates pricing models to support customers.
- Create and maintain firm order demand in SAP:
- Create and update Customer Purchase Orders
- Review Customer Order backlog and actions systemic blocks and outbound shipments
- Review and provide feedback to the Supply Chain Manager / Program Manager regarding potential inability to meet customer immediate demand.
- Maintain and update electronic and/or hard copy records as required.
- Adhere to process and quality standards for Global engagements and meet defined metrics.
- Effectively communicate with customers regarding current product information and provide accurate and detailed pricing quotes and input on products and final solutions.
- Promptly and accurately respond to prospective or existing customer information requests.
Ideal person:
- Fluent in English (oral/written) is mandatory. Any other language will be an advantage.
- Computer email phone communication and fast-paced solving skills required.
- MO skills mainly in Excel.
- Ability to identify opportunities that benefit the customer build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations and establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
