Job Summary
Operations Manager San Jose CA Direct Hire
Location: San Jose CA
Pay Range: $90000 $100000 per year
Shift: 7:30am 4:30pm Monday Friday (flexible to market demands; some evening and night responsibilities)
Weekly Hours: Full-time 40 hours with occasional extended hours

Position Overview
As the Operations Manager for the San Jose location you will oversee daily warehouse and field operations managing a small team of Installation Technicians and Warehouse personnel. You will be responsible for scheduling supervising staff ensuring installation production goals are met coordinating with clients and reporting to the Regional Operations Manager. This is a leadership role ideal for a self-starter with project management or construction-type experience excellent communication skills and a proven ability to motivate and manage teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the San Jose advertising installation shop.
Supervise and mentor up to 5 staff members (Installation Technicians and Warehouse personnel).
Coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
Communicate professionally with executive staff clients and internal teams.
Plan and manage the use of materials equipment and resources.
Enforce company policies procedures and safety standards.
Assist with installations and production work as needed.
Maintain accurate operational records and reporting.
Be flexible with work hours including evenings and nights as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
3 years of management or leadership experience in warehouse field operations or production.
2 years of field experience in installation construction trades maintenance or related industries.
Project management or construction background preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational task completion and problem-solving skills.
Microsoft Office proficiency particularly Excel.
Valid California Drivers License with a clean driving record.
Out of Home industry experience is a strong plus.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and perform tasks for extended periods.
Frequent use of hands and arms to operate equipment and tools.
Occasional lifting of materials or equipment up to 50 lbs.
Visual acuity to inspect and troubleshoot installation projects.
