Job Summary
Career Land Center is seeking experienced professional and friendly Waitresses for a prestigious 5-star hotel in Kuwait. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills in Arabic and English and a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a luxury hospitality environment.
Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests warmly and professionally

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area

Collaborate with team members and other hotel departments

Handle guest requests and complaints with courtesy and professionalism

Follow hotel policies and health & safety standards
Requirements

Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury restaurant is preferred

Fluent in Arabic and English

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexible to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
