Delta Brands is a TikTok Shop growth agency specializing in cold-start launches using JoinBrands creator campaigns. We combine creator psychology performance content frameworks and proprietary AI systems to turn unknown products into scalable revenue drivers.

What Success Looks Like:

In your first 90 days you will:

  • Manage and oversee influencer campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure Campaign Success: Help deliver campaigns on time on budget and within compliance standards.
  • Creator Satisfaction: Build strong effective relationships with creators and resolve issues swiftly.
  • Efficiency Improvement: Automate repetitive workflows and streamline processes for better team performance.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams (content marketing support) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Metrics Tracking: Monitor and update campaign status blockers actions and deadlines using Jira CRMs and other platforms.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Creator Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Recruitment: Identify and invite high-potential influencers monitor recruitment stages (application counteroffers cancellations etc.).
  • Communication: Set up personalized communication for new and returning creators based on campaign progress ensuring prompt and clear interactions.
  • Incentives: Educate creators on purchasing procedures TikTok Shop requirements rebate structures and commission details.
  • Technical Support: Act as the primary point of contact for all creator inquiries ensuring prompt resolution or escalation when necessary.

2. Content Review & Quality Control

  • Screening: Perform a first-level check of all content submitted by influencers to ensure its free of obvious errors.
  • Revisions & Feedback: Provide timely and constructive feedback for revisions and track those revisions using project management systems.
  • Timely Delivery: Track the shipping and receipt of products ensuring influencers receive everything they need to meet campaign deadlines.

3. Post-Publication Operations

  • Compliance Checks: Ensure all published content adheres to platform guidelines and brand requirements including product tagging and brand mentions.
  • Correction Management: Handle post-publication corrections liaising with creators and escalating issues that are not resolved in a timely manner.
  • Content Archiving: Download and organize final content in shared folders for internal teams.
  • Ad Integration: Submit Spark Codes for ad amplification ensuring campaign content is optimized for reach.

4. Project Tracking & Process Improvement

  • System Management: Maintain accurate records of all campaign-related tasks in Jira CRM and Creator Tracker.
  • Workflow Automation: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks streamlining project workflows.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively identify process risks (e.g. late deliveries non-compliance) and improve workflows to increase campaign success.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

  • Experience: Proven track record in influencer campaign management with hands-on experience in platforms such as TikTok JoinBrands or similar influencer marketplaces.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of TikToks Spark Ads product tagging and basic content management tools (Google Drive Dropbox etc.).
  • Project Management: Experience using Jira or similar project management systems to track tasks and manage timelines.
  • Communication: Excellent written communication skills with a friendly but firm approach when engaging with creators.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities capable of resolving issues quickly to avoid campaign delays.
