Job Summary
Description
Responsibilities:
- As an Assembly Operator your mission includes:
- Assembling complex products using a variety of tools.
- Crosstrain in a variety of cells using basic hand tools.
- Able to follow strict assembly instructions both verbal and written.
- Effectively communicating issues delays and data trends with supervisors and peers.
- Actively contributing to our regular FBS routines including Daily Scheduling Visual Management participation Kaizen participation and insightful problem solving.
Qualifications
- Prior experience with complex assembly procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Capable interpretive skills for technical documents and standard work instructions.
- Experience using various hand tools.
- Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment.
Basic hand soldering a plus.
