Your Impact
- Operate and rotate through assembly test material handling welding press room and paint line work centers.
- Translate detailed work instructions into highquality output on time and to spec.
- Proactively detect defects and quality concerns; take action to resolve and prevent recurrence.
- Handle count and label small parts accurately to maintain inventory integrity.
- Advance a safetyfirst culture by following all procedures and policies.
What It Takes
- Stamina for physical repetitive tasks and standing for long stretches.
- Excellent handeye coordination and attention to detail.
- Competence with basic math and computer basics.
- Ability to read and execute detailed instructions consistently.
- Comfort with part numbers sizes and basic quality detection methods.
- Preferred: forklift and crane certifications.
Compensation & Schedule
Starting Pay: $22.00/hour. Shift Differential: $1.50/hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
- 1st Shift: MondayFriday 6:00 a.m. 2:00 p.m.
- 2nd Shift: MondayFriday 2:00 p.m. 10:00 p.m.
- 3rd Shift: MondayFriday 10:00 p.m. 6:00 a.m.
