Job Summary

We are hiring for one of our telecom clients a leading organisation delivering advanced optical and telecom network solutions with career growth opportunities in a professional telecom environment.
Job Description ;
- Proficient in one or more of DWDM SDH MSTP/OTN/MS-OTN and NMS
- Experienced in optical network implementation project delivery maintenance and engineering
- Familiar with commissioning of DWDM SDH MSTP and MPLS equipment and features of optical network protection ASON MPLS and data (OSN 9800 M12/M24/U32/U64 OSN1800V/VPRO)
- Expertise in Migration/Cutover scenarios (SDH-OTN/Other vendors to OTN) service cutover/FOADM to ROADM/OLA to ROADM ASON complex solutions CDC Node insertions and service migrations on NCE/NMS
- Successful project delivery under pressure and challenging environments; ability to comply with work arrangements (on duty during holidays temporary emergency overtime)
- Perform as an Integration and Commissioning Engineer Service Re-routing and Service Migration Engineer
- Identify network risks and deficiencies seek help promptly and develop solution plans
Qualification & Experience ;
- 45 years of experience in a related field
- Risk awareness and problem management capability
- Strong communication presentation and analytical skills
- Bachelors degree in Telecommunication Computer Engineering Electrical and Electronics or Computer Science
