Job Description:

Position Title: Post Market Engineering Co-op

Location:Danvers MA

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Co-op to join our Post Market Engineering Team located in Danvers.

  • Establish root cause failure analysis techniques processes and test methods to improve quality and efficiency.

  • Support sustaining engineering projects by proposing drawing and specification changes modifying engineering models and drawings designing test fixtures conducting testing and analyzing data

  • Qualifications:

    • Student pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering or biomedical engineering

    • Knowledge of root cause analysis heart anatomy and fixture/test development preferred

    • Proficiency with Engineering CAD software. SolidWorks preferred.

    • Familiarity with analytical software such as Matlab and Minitab.

    • Ability to solve problems independently.

    • A passion for medical devices and making a significant positive impact on patients.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    $23.00/hr to $51.50/hr

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidates program year discipline degree and/or -Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the -Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington up to 56 hours per calendar -Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension).
