Job Description
Haglöfs is on an exciting journey and so is our Design Team. We are looking for a Junior Designer to join our headquarters in Alvik Stockholm for a one-year maternity leave cover. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a progressive outdoor performance brand rooted in Swedish heritage.

About the role
As Junior Designer you will work closely with the design team in their daily work and throughout the seasonal development process. You will primarily assist the designers in concept creation product development and seasonal execution while also supporting the Head of Design in selected tasks and overall direction.
This is a hands-on learning-focused role where you will build your understanding of the Haglöfs design platform consumer needs materials fit development and commercial targets. You will collaborate cross-functionally with R&D product development and innovation teams contributing to a strong and brand-aligned product offering.
This is a full-time temporary position based in Alvik November 2026 we will move to our new HQ in the creative and vibrant Slakthusområdet.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product and concept development aligned with the Haglöfs design platform.
- Assist designers throughout the seasonal workflow.
- Contribute to research inspiration and seasonal creative workshops.
- Support color development documentation and material research.
- Assist in product testing fit sessions and sampling follow-ups.
- Support sustainability initiatives and responsible design practices.
- Contribute to market and consumer research.
- Support presentations cross-functional meetings and timeline follow-ups.
- Help maintain efficient workflows and support 3D preparation.
