Technica LLC seeks to recruit for the position of Maintenance Scheduler on a Government contract with a place of performance at Fort Bliss TX. This position is full-time but temporary. Anticipated period of performance ending 3 October 2026.
Position Responsibilities:
- Compiles and records production data from such documents as customer work orders (non-automated and automated) forms and work order continuation forms; following prescribed recording procedures and using GCSS-Army computers.
- Assists enforcing safety and environmental standards in conjunction with maintenance operations.
- Ensures all employees observe policy procedures and regulatory guidance for physical security and monitors for compliance.
- Assist within the department as directed by the Manager.
- Maintain workstation and department area in a highly professional manner and appearance.
- Office Environment: Most work will be done in an office area.
- Performs other duties assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have experience supervising vehicle maintenance operations specifically Army Maintenance.
- Must have hands-on experience with GCSS-Army; the ability to provide information data and reports using GCSS-Army is required.
- Must possess knowledge of AESIP and Logistics Data Analysis Center (LDAC) applications.
- Must have knowledge in completing necessary documentation such as DA Forms 2404/5988E Equipment Inspection and Maintenance Worksheet DA Form 2407 Maintenance Request DA Form 24071 Maintenance Request Continuation Sheet and other applicable DA/DoD forms.
- Must have the ability to analyze and interpret Army Technical Manuals with relation to vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment and background checks related to the position
- Must be a US Citizen or US permanent resident for more than 3 years in order to obtain NACI and CAC Card eligibility.
- Able to function with a basic level of English oral and written language skills.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks related to the position.
