What will you be doing

As a Sr Analyst 2 Walmart US Platform Team your role will involve supporting our client insights team with providing actionable data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills proficiency in data visualization tools a solid understanding of Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment. This role involves analyzing and visualizing data to provide actionable insights to various stakeholders often in a collaboration with a remote and cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with team members and contractors including those working remotely to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
• Become the SME of the area of business you are responsible for and upskill team members
• Document data sources methodologies and analysis results
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiative contributing data analysis expertise to support business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics Statistics Computer Sciences Economics or a related discipline preferred.
• 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including data manipulation formulas and functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint including creating and delivering presentations
• Demonstrated ability to create effective data visualizations using appropriate tools (e.g. Excel Tableau Power BI - experience with Unify is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $56k to $75k.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive/commissions/equity pay.
