- Provide direct individual group and family psychotherapy to assigned adolescent residents addressing emotional behavioral and social needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of therapists providing guidance supervision and clinical support to ensure high-quality care.
- Develop implement and review individualized treatment plans incorporating progress notes therapy documentation and outcome measures.
- Monitor and maintain therapist caseloads ensuring compliance with documentation standards and program policies.
- Facilitate regular treatment team meetings to coordinate care review progress and recommend modifications to interventions.
- Serve as a clinical resource for staff providing consultation on complex cases therapeutic approaches and crisis management.
- Support professional development of therapists through training feedback and performance evaluation.
