Contracts Manager, Buy with Prime & Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment

We are looking for a talented Contracts Manager to support our rapidly growing Buy with Prime and Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment businesses.

The successful candidate has excellent communication skills and will support drafting and negotiating contracts help develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative business-centric ways and build processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly. You will also participate in team-wide meetings departmental goals and collaborative projects and have access and visibility to business leadership.

Key job responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements on an as needed basis
- Identify key risks/gaps in underlying contracts and recommend changes to mitigate risk
- Respond promptly accurately and crisply to business requests for legal advice and escalate appropriately where required
- Develop and maintain: contract templates training materials on contracting confidentiality company policies standard operating procedures for contracting processes and track associated metrics and other legal resources
- Support the continuous improvement of processes impacting our legal team and the businesses we support

- 5 years of contracts management experience

- Experience with MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Experience in project or program management
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills attention to detail and effective communication abilities
- Experience with complex commercial/legal concepts and drafting ability to quickly read and interpret legal terminology and reasoning

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
