As part of a project team you will:
- Solve complex business problemsby translating ambiguous challenges into structured requirements options and actionable solutions.
- Map and improve cross-functional processes ensuring alignment between systems (e.g. PLM ERP MES) and businessobjectives.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions challenging thinking constructively to uncover integration pain points and opportunities.
- Own defined workstreamswithin transformation programmes connecting business intent to system and data implications.
- Develop and documentclear process flows requirements and data models that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Act as a trusted advisor bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Support the deployment and evolution of ourtechnical tools and solutions ensuring they align with broader enterprise goals.
- Contribute to internal initiatives from team building and knowledge sharing to innovation labs and CSR activities.
Location and flexibility:Working arrangements are led by client requirements with some being flexible and others requiring you to be on site up to 5 days per week. Our business units are split by region and team members are deployed within that region (unless by special arrangement).
RequirementsWerelooking for candidates with a blend offoundational delivery skillsandenterprise transformation mindset:
Foundational Capability
- 2 years of experiencedeliveringdata-led projects ideally within engineering manufacturing or technology sectors (e.g. PDM/PLM ERP MES).
- Proven ability todocument processes requirements and data flowsclearly and concisely.
- Comfort working withmultiple stakeholders understanding how your work fits into wider programmes.
- Strongwritten and verbal communication tailored to both technical and business audiences.
Developing Transformation Capability
- Experienceturning ambiguous business problemsinto structured requirements and actionable options.
- Ability tomap end-to-end processesacross functionsidentifyingintegration points and pain areas.
- Awareness ofupstream/downstream systems(e.g. PLM ERP MES) and their impact on business operations.
- Confidencefacilitatingworkshopsand constructively challenging stakeholders to drive alignment.

Education:A first-class or high 2.1 bachelors degree masters or PhD in any discipline (STEM preferable).
