The Challenge

As part of a project team you will:

• Solve complex business problemsby translating ambiguous challenges into structured requirements options and actionable solutions.

• Map and improve cross-functional processes ensuring alignment between systems (e.g. PLM ERP MES) and businessobjectives.

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions challenging thinking constructively to uncover integration pain points and opportunities.

• Own defined workstreamswithin transformation programmes connecting business intent to system and data implications.

• Develop and documentclear process flows requirements and data models that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Act as a trusted advisor bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

• Support the deployment and evolution of ourtechnical tools and solutions ensuring they align with broader enterprise goals.

• Contribute to internal initiatives from team building and knowledge sharing to innovation labs and CSR activities.

Location and flexibility:Working arrangements are led by client requirements with some being flexible and others requiring you to be on site up to 5 days per week. Our business units are split by region and team members are deployed within that region (unless by special arrangement).

Werelooking for candidates with a blend offoundational delivery skillsandenterprise transformation mindset:

Foundational Capability

• 2 years of experiencedeliveringdata-led projects ideally within engineering manufacturing or technology sectors (e.g. PDM/PLM ERP MES).

• Proven ability todocument processes requirements and data flowsclearly and concisely.

• Comfort working withmultiple stakeholders understanding how your work fits into wider programmes.

• Strongwritten and verbal communication tailored to both technical and business audiences.

Developing Transformation Capability

• Experienceturning ambiguous business problemsinto structured requirements and actionable options.

• Ability tomap end-to-end processesacross functionsidentifyingintegration points and pain areas.

• Awareness ofupstream/downstream systems(e.g. PLM ERP MES) and their impact on business operations.

• Confidencefacilitatingworkshopsand constructively challenging stakeholders to drive alignment.

Strong Enterprise Transformation Signal

• Ownership of workstreamswithin transformation programmes linking business goals to system/data implications.

• Ability tothink in terms of operating models governance and roadmaps-not just tool configuration.

• Aclient-facing mindset acting as a credible analyst who understands both business needs and technical constraints.

Education:A first-class or high 2.1 bachelors degree masters or PhD in any discipline (STEM preferable).
