Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior GenAI / Agentic AI Backend Engineer to design build and scale enterprise-grade AI platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python backend development Agentic AI orchestration Large Language Models (LLMs) and Azure cloud services. You will lead architecture decisions mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.
Required Skills
- Expert-level Python for backend development APIs and asynchronous processing
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph / LangChain for Agentic AI orchestration
- Strong understanding of LLMs prompt engineering tool calling and response validation
- Experience designing multi-agent systems with memory and state management
- Expertise in NL-to-SQL architectures schema grounding and SQL validation
- Experience integrating LLMs with structured enterprise data and analytics platforms
- Strong experience with Azure OpenAI AKS Azure Functions and App Services
- Cloud-native microservices and RESTful API development
- Observability tools for AI systems (logging tracing latency cost monitoring)
- AI quality metrics: accuracy hallucination detection reliability
- CI/CD pipelines DevOps practices and Infrastructure-as-Code
- Security access control and enterprise data governance
- Experience building scalable fault-tolerant production-grade platforms
- Ability to lead architecture decisions and mentor engineers
- Proficiency with Git branching strategies and code reviews
