Job Summary
Seeking (2) experienced Labor & Delivery (L&D) RNs for flexible per diem shifts. This role provides maternal and newborn care in a busy L&D environment with the ability to float to the Operating Room as needed. Per diem nurses will support staffing needs across days and nights including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout labor delivery and immediate postpartum.
Assist with high-risk deliveries and obstetric emergencies in collaboration with the care team.
Float to the Operating Room for C-sections and related surgical procedures as required.
Work varied shifts (days and nights) including weekends and holidays as requested.

Minimum Qualifications

Current California RN license.
BLS ACLS NRP AWHONN certifications.
Minimum 2 years recent L&D experience.
Willingness to float to the Operating Room.
Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
