Job Designation: Senior / Silicon Validation Engineer OR Test Engineer

What youll do

Develop and maintain test programs using Advantest SmarTest 7 or 8 software.

Support silicon characterization and debug at various PVT corners.

Define and debug hardware setups like Loadboards and Probe Cards.

Optimize test time yield and coverage for cost reduction.

Manage protocols for high-speed interfaces and built-in self-tests.

Who you are

Experienced with Advantest V93000 or V93K OR ATE platform and SmarTest environments.(Verigy-V93K)

Proficient in C/C and skilled in scripting with Python Java or Perl.

Knowledgeable in DC/AC and digital testing concepts.

Familiar with data analysis tools such as JMP and Spotfire.

Comfortable working in a Linux environment.

Experienced with high-speed I/O and HBM device testing.
