Job Summary

Title: RM- ServiceNow Technology Architect
Location: Reston VA (Hybrid/In-Office)

POSITION OVERVIEW Joining the Communications Media & Technology (CMT) group this Level 9 Architect will drive the strategy and governance for ServiceNow implementations. You will serve as the technical lead for complex modules including TSOM OMT and TNI ensuring alignment between domain architects and product owners.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Discuss and capture requirements with platform and product owners to analyze and recommend solution options.
Perform Functional Specification Document (FSD) reviews and conduct impact assessments for platform enhancements.
Lead governance and change control for enhancements while interfacing with enterprise and domain architects.
Coordinate development efforts with the scrum team ensuring best practices in Flow Designer and ServiceNow data models.
Develop innovative solutions using Flow Designer and integrate CMDB for efficient data management.
Lead training sessions for team members on ITSM best practices and optimize system performance via Data Sources and Integrations.

MUST HAVE skills for this role:

1- ServiceNow Experience on TSOM

2- ITOM

3- OMT

4- TNI modules

5- CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or CMA (Certified Master Architect)

Years of experience required for each skill 8 Years

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

ServiceNow Migration experience
Experience with SOMT and Integration Hub
Advanced Certifications (CTA or CMA)
Strong understanding of ServiceNow Data Models and Tables

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE A seasoned ServiceNow expert with a deep background in the Telecom industry. This candidate must be local to Reston VA for a hybrid schedule and possess the technical authority to lead scrum teams and consult with enterprise-level stakeholders.
