VOS MISSIONS

Vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique collaborative et conviviale composée dune quarantaine davocats intervenant sur tout type de transactions : trésorerie dentreprise financement dacquisitions le financement à effet de levier le financement dinfrastructures notamment dans le secteur de lénergie la restructuration et le financement dentreprises en difficulté.
Vous serez pleinement intégré(e) à léquipe dans le traitement des dossiers et serez amené(e) à travailler régulièrement en étroite collaboration avec les autres groupes de pratique (en particulier Corporate Fiscal Social) ainsi quavec nos bureaux étrangers.
Vous interviendrez sur des dossiers de premier plan extrêmement variés couvrant lensemble de la Finance et auprès dune grande diversité de clients.

VOTRE PROFIL

Vous êtes à la recherche de votre première ou deuxième collaboration en Finance. Vous êtes titulaire du CAPA (ou sur le point de lobtenir) et bénéficiez dun excellent parcours académique en droit des affaires éventuellement accompagné dun diplôme dIEP/Ecole de commerce ou/et LLM. Vous avez effectué des stages et/ou une première collaboration dans des équipes Finance de cabinets réputés.
Vous disposez dun très bon niveau danglais tant à loral quà lécrit et vous souhaitez évoluer au sein dun environnement international.
Vous êtes motivé(e) proactif(ve) sympathique et souhaitez développer votre expertise dans un environnement stimulant en travaillant sur des dossiers variés.

YOUR ROLE

You will be part of a dynamic collaborative and friendly team of around 40 lawyers working on all types of transactions: corporate treasury acquisition finance leveraged finance infrastructure finance notably in the energy sector restructuring and financing of distressed companies.

You will be fully integrated into the team in the handling of cases and will regularly work closely with the other practice groups (in particular Corporate Tax Employment etc.) as well as with our foreign offices.

You will be involved in a wide variety of high-profile cases covering all areas of finance and with a wide variety of clients.

YOUR PROFILE

You are looking for your first or second associate position in Finance. You hold the CAPA (professional lawyers certification) (or are about to obtain it) and have an excellent academic background in business law possibly accompanied by a diploma from an Institute of Political Studies /Business School and/or an LLM. You have completed internships and/or have had a first work experience in the finance team of a reputable law firm.

You have a very good level of written and spoken English and you want to work in an international environment.

You are motivated proactive friendly and want to develop your expertise in a stimulating environment by working on a variety of files.
