Job Summary

Mission
Be the strategic center and navigation system for clients and the team: turn business requests and messy inputs into a clear diagnosis an action plan and solutions that get work moving and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategies that work: prepare and defend brand product and communication strategies with business logic and clear success criteria (KPIs/metrics impact on growth/brand).
Research as a tool not a ritual: design research extract insights translate them into conclusions and actions.
Briefs that unlock creativity: your strategy turns into precise briefs that give the team a direction not room for guessing.
Sessions & facilitation: prepare and run practical strategic sessions align stakeholder vision document decisions and next steps.
Quality bar: raise the standard of strategic outputs and thinking in the team (reviews mentoring approach to argumentation).
Client partnership: speak the language of business at C-level defend logic and help clients make choices without unnecessary diplomacy.

Competencies:

Strategy & Research
Of course strategic thinking: problem cause solution action plan.
Ability to design and run research synthesize results and produce conclusions.

Business & Marketing
You understand business logic: how brand impacts product sales trust and pricing.
You can think long-term (vision) and move fast (quick wins).

Craft & Communication
Clean presentations and written documents: concise structured persuasive.
Ability to sell an idea to the team and to the client.

Collaboration
Teamwork: always it matters most.
Calm under change: adapting without panic and without losing quality.

Must-Have Experience:
5 years in brand/communication strategy (agency or in-house).
A portfolio of cases that clearly shows your role logic and impact on decisions/results.
Hands-on experience in research and analytics.
Experience in facilitation workshops public speaking and defending your work.
English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate.
