What youll be doing:
- Engage with customers on the sales floor understand their needs and help them choose the right vehicle
- Generate sales opportunities by building rapport following up with leads and maintaining consistent communication
- Provide clear accurate information about vehicle features pricing financing options and promotions
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience ensuring every customer feels welcomed supported and valued
- Build strong longterm customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
- Support the full sales process from first contact to vehicle delivery
- Stay knowledgeable on inventory model updates trim levels and dealership offers
- Contribute to a positive teamoriented environment and help achieve dealership sales targets
- Represent the FFUN brand with enthusiasm professionalism and a guestfirst mindset
