A Day in the Life
As a Distributor Performance Intern you will support our department in managing and optimizing distributor operations. You will be involved in key activities such as distributor evaluation and assessment inventory and sales-out analysis engagement initiatives and compliance & risk assessments. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in commercial operations analytics and stakeholder management within a dynamic business environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (data analysis reporting presentations).
- Strong analytical background (Quantitative Qualitative skills)
- Willingness to learn seeking continuous improvement in skills knowledge and techniques
- Good organization and time management skills including working independently with guidance provided able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
- Strong communication and collaboration skills and Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creative problem solving: Analytical and able to generate new and valuable ideas and effective solutions to difficult problems.
- Willingness to learn seeking continuous improvement in skills knowledge and techniques
- Planning and analytical skills MS Office (excel PPT);
- Self-driven resourceful and positive attitude
