Job Summary
We are hiring a Change Portfolio Consultant to help shape design and deliver the future of our organization. If you are a strategic thinker with strong consulting skills and a passion for driving meaningful change this role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact across the business.
In this role you will lead and/or support both the process of creating a long term WB transformation roadmap securing budget for it and assess business cases created by WB Tribes to ensure the strategic roadmap and related business benefits will be delivered upon. You will also be assigned to one or more WB Domains where you will assist in setting up proper change and financial administration as well as be involved in the content of change execution in that domain.
The Team
You will be part of the Portfolio Management Team the nucleus of the strategy realization of the Wholesale Bank. The team drives and orchestrates the translation of WB strategic ambitions into a long term change portfolio for which it secures budget via the DP-process. The team drives and monitors the change execution by all Tribes to reach the set objectives and aspired business benefits and reports on progress to many senior stakeholders up and until the MBB. The team also monitors the effective and efficient delivery in WB and supports continuous improvements to help grow execution certainty.
Roles and responsibilities
Lead assessments and deep dives to solve complex business challenges and provide actionable recommendations.
Lead and support the creation and/or challenging of financial business cases for change investments.
Optimize the financial management of the Change portfolio together with WB Finance
Shape strategic alignment across Product lines Sectors and Operations.
Translate transformation strategies into clear objectives measurable outcomes and budget needs.
Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to build commitment and drive change.
Proactively anticipate risks and provide datadriven insights to keep projects on track
Track milestones dependencies and critical path to ensure successful delivery.
Develop reusable methodologies tools and frameworks for operating model and transformation work.
Provide clear visibility and actionable insights to senior management (up to MBB) to support effective decisionmaking.
Coordinate crossteam initiatives and coach teams to improve delivery execution maturity.
Support the Lead Transformation Management with highpriority strategic initiatives.
Contribute to cocreating the transformation vision strategy and roadmap for WB and drive the translation to the administration hereof in SNOW and other appropriate tooling. You will be responsible for proper financial and risk management of the transformation.
Drive quality assurance of business cases and ensure systematic transparent tracking of benefits anbd investment performance
Structural identification and mitigation of inefficiencies in WBs run and change portfolio.

We are looking for the following knowledge and experience:
5-8 years experience as a consultant and in change transformation and/or portfolio management.
Masters degree relevant certifications (Lean Six Sigma Agile Change Management Lean portfolio management etc.)
Strong financial background and interest either by education and/or work experience
Strong consulting analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to simplify complexity and drive actionable outcomes
High organizational awareness and stakeholder sensitivity
Collaborative mindset with the confidence to challenge constructively
Adaptability resilience and comfort with ambiguity
Ability to create buy-in and engagement at all levels of the organization.
The ability to display flexibility in your style to teams and adapt plans approach and behavior to the different needs and situations with stakeholders at all levels.
Teamwork and collaboration cross-hierarchies ambassador
Excellent communication and presentation skills (English)
