Were hiring an IT Solution Architect to design and deliver modern cloud and AIpowered platforms across Insurance and Financial Services.

What Youll Do

Architect and integrate AI and automation capabilities (LLMs OCR document intelligence chatbots modelpowered decisioning)
Work closely with engineering teams to guide delivery set patterns and ensure highquality implementations
Modernize legacy applications into microservices containers and serverless ecosystems
Define nonfunctional requirements (security performance resilience observability)
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (cloud data product security) to deliver endtoend solutions
Lead architecture discussions with senior stakeholders and present technical recommendations
Contribute to technical strategy standards and reusable architecture patterns

What You Bring

10 years in solution architecture or senior engineering roles
8 years designing largescale distributed systems
Deep handson experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS Azure GCP)
Strong background in microservices APIs containers IaC DevOps pipelines
Practical experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into products or workflows
Strong knowledge of modern backend engineering (Java/Kotlin Spring Boot; bonus for Python Go etc.)
Ability to work across hybrid environments and modernize legacy systems
Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting architecture to technical and business stakeholders
