Your future team:

You will join the Digital Governance and Transformation team at ROCKWOOL a diverse and international group of IT Project Managers driving strategic digital initiatives across the organization. We work closely with global IT and business stakeholders to deliver complex transformation projects in a structured and collaborative way. Our team values transparency ownership and open communication while supporting each other in achieving common goals. Together we turn digital strategy into tangible business results.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead IT projects endtoend ensuring delivery on time scope quality and budget.
  • Steer daytoday project execution and guide the project team with clarity and confidence.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across countries and functions building strong relationships along the way.
  • Drive project planning risk management reporting resource coordination and decisionmaking.
  • Work within ROCKWOOLs governance PMO standards and StageGate model to ensure transparency and predictable delivery.

What you bring:

  • 5 years of IT project management experience delivering digital solutions in complex environments.
  • Experience in IT Project Management for global manufacturing company and experience in ERP projects (preferably SAP) especially intralogistics is a plus
  • Certifications: Prince2 Practitioner (preferred) or PMP. Agile certification is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills comfortable engaging diverse audiences.
  • Experience working in global and multicultural environments.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe North America and Asia depending on project needs.
  • Excellent English (spoken & written).
