ゴム印押し封筒や経理伝票へゴム印を押す作業
社内掲示物のラミネート加工
資料等のシュレッダー処分作業
麻布台オフィスのオフィス家具のメンテナンス動かされた家具を元の位置に戻すなど
PC作業
紙媒体のPDF化スキャンとリネーム保存
データ入力
梱包配送作業
サンプルや販促品の配送梱包し宛名シールを貼り社内配送物をまとめている場所へ運ぶ
こちらは全てできる必要は無く個人それぞれの得意分野を生かしこちらで仕事を振り分けます
- 求めている人材
必須基本的なPC操作ができる方メール対応やOfficeなど
