Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supplier quality and engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
Youll ensure the highest standards of quality and performance for our suppliers driving continuous improvement and supporting the success of our projects. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Procurement Manufacturing and Project Sites) manage non-conformity reports and oversee supplier quality performance and much more.
Well look to you for:
Applying and deploying Serial Supplier Quality Assurance policy in collaboration with Procurement
Managing Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) day-to-day ensuring timely communication with suppliers replacement of defective parts and implementation of securization measures
Animating Non-Conformities Report treatment by creating and executing relevant action plans to meet NCR targets
Organizing retrofits to be performed by suppliers and implementing quality walls when necessary
Securing strong and complete supplier containment action plans to protect the manufacturing line
Challenging suppliers to enforce corrective and preventive action plans and verifying their effectiveness through evidence and visits
Collaborating with Alstom Manufacturing and Project Sites to define and register Control Plans in the ERP system
Ensuring compliance with inspection procedures tool calibration and proper storage of records at Incoming Inspection.

Bachelors degree in Quality or Engineering or equivalent (Industrial Mechanical etc.)
Experience or understanding of supplier qualifications standards (ISO ASME IRIS Local Standards etc.) in manufacturing/industrial settting
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Understanding of quality assurance processes including inspections and control plans
Ability to manage supplier relationships effectively
Organizational skills to manage documentation and records for incoming inspections
Flexibility to travel (25-50%) and adapt to dynamic environments.
