As Senior Director of Client Success you will lead a talented and mission-driven team dedicated to delivering measurable value while growing strategic partnerships with our clients. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on deepening client partnerships optimizing the client journey and enabling growth through strategic collaboration.
Youll bring a commercial mindset and a strategic perspective to help elevate how we engage with our clients moving from great execution to proactive partnership while championing a culture of collaboration innovation and client advocacy.
What Youll Do:
Essential Functions:
- Client Partnership & Growth
- Lead a team that serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to key clients ensuring alignment on objectives success metrics and outcomes.
- Drive retention renewal and expansion of employer and health plan relationships through consultative engagement and delivery of measurable value.
- Partner with the Vori growth team to identify expansion opportunities cultivate interest and execute on upsells.
- Represent client interests serving as the Voice of the Client across Vori.
- Partner closely with the Growth Clinical Product and Data teams to ensure that client feedback and insights inform Voris roadmap and offerings.
- Establish scalable best practices for account planning success measurement and business reviews.
- Develop client tiering methodologies to effectively scale standardized processes for client reporting business reviews and other critical client service functions.
- Work side-by-side with Member Marketing to develop and execute on client-specific strategies aimed to drive high-impact utilization and engagement.
- Operational Excellence
- Use data-driven insights to understand client health identify opportunities and anticipate challenges.
- Monitor and influence client revenue and profitability ensuring long-term financial success across partnerships.
- Execute client satisfaction surveys ensuring feedback is fully absorbed across Vori and driving scalable improvements
- Establish best practice Client Success functions such as an Executive Sponsor program client strategy reviews and client dashboarding.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize systems tools and reporting for better visibility and efficiency.
- Collaborate on forecasting renewal planning and revenue growth initiatives.
- Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and empower a high-performing Client Success team to build long-term trusted partnerships with clients.
- Foster a culture of curiosity collaboration and continuous learning that encourages both strategic thinking and operational excellence.
- Provide clarity structure and support that enables team members to grow their strategic and commercial capabilities.
- Promote team accountability for client outcomes satisfaction and retention.
- Recruit interview hire and train new team members.
- Provide constructive and timely performance feedback and evaluations.
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned
Who You Are:
- Required:
- 10 years of experience in client success account management and/or strategic partnerships with 3-5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven ability to develop strong strategic client relationships and drive business growth through retention and expansion.
- Experience working with payers and large self-insured employers in strategic and/or value-based care relationships
- Experience in healthcare digital health or care delivery preferred.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of building inclusive motivated high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication executive presence and relationship management capabilities.
- Data-driven outcomes-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
- A collaborative empathetic leadership style that inspires trust and engagement.
- A desire to make a meaningful impact in transforming how healthcare is delivered and experienced.
Compensation:
The base compensation for this role is $175000 with total on-target earnings (OTE) expected to range from $200000$215000 inclusive of performance-based incentives. Compensation is determined based on experience skills and geographic considerations.
Work authorization/security clearance requirements:
- Authorized or able to provide required documents to work in United States or Canada.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- Remote work environment.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee may be regularly required to stand sit talk hear reach stoop kneel and use hands and fingers to operate a computer telephone and keyboard.
