What Youll Do

• Perform comprehensive speech-language and swallowing evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapy addressing speech language cognition voice and dysphagia

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal resident outcomes

• Educate residents families and staff on communication and swallowing strategies

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

• Contribute to a positive team-focused therapy culture

What Were Looking For

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Wisconsin

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Experience in skilled nursing or senior living settings preferred

• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

• Compassionate patient-centered approach

• Commitment to excellence and professional growth
