Help redefine how we enable learning and development across global technology Transformation and Change Managerplaysa critical role in enabling the success ofour program -Manulife University (MU). This role bridges strategy and executiondriving change adoption engagement and communication for enterprise technologylearning and transformation initiatives across North America.

Reporting to theprogramDirectoryoullbe a trusted partner to the Head of Global Technology Change role ensures learning initiatives are effectively planned communicated adopted and continuously improvedworking alongside global counterparts. The position requires strong change enablement capability partner engagement and a passion for building learning communities that accelerate technology transformation at scale.

This is a highly collaborative role that works across regions in partnership with learning champions and technology communities to translate transformation goals into measurable learning outcomes and sustained adoption.

Position Responsibilities:

Communications & Change Planning (25%)

  • Develop and implement end-to-end communication and change strategies for MU learning initiatives.

  • Ensuretimely clear and effective dissemination of information to key collaborators acrosssegments.

  • Partner with MU teams in North Americaand Asiato align messaging change plans and engagement strategies with broaderglobaltechnologyobjectives.

Learning Ambassador Engagement (20%)

  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships withsegmentLearning Ambassadors

  • Design and implement engagement strategies that foster ambassador participation advocacy and ownership of learning initiatives.

  • Provide ongoing updates recognition and support to ensure ambassadorsremaininformed motivated andalignedhowMUmeets theirpriorities.

Adoption & Engagement Tracking (15%)

  • Partner with Learning Ambassadors and segment leaders to improve reach participation and learning effectiveness.

  • Monitor and report on adoption participation and engagement metrics for MUand broader Technology Transformation initiatives.

  • Lead requirements towards the development and evolution of apersona-basedLearner Dashboard supporting key stakeholderneeds.

Learning Needs Assessment & Risk Mitigation (15%)

  • Continuously assess learning gaps and capability needs acrossNorth American segmentsusinginsights from Learning Ambassadorsthe ITCF core teamand dashboards and critical metrics.

  • Collaborate with the MU Director to cocreate targeted learning plans addressing identified gaps and priorities.

  • Proactivelyidentifyrisks to adoption or learning effectiveness and implement mitigation strategies.

Calendar & Event Management (15%)

  • Partner with the Director to manage the learning calendar ensuring alignment with strategic technology priorities.

  • Promote upcoming events across relevant communication channels to improve awareness and participation.

  • Coordinatelogisticsand communications for events and community sessions.

Community of Practice (CoP) Engagement (10%)

  • Support the organization and facilitation ofthe learning agendas.

  • Promote collaboration knowledge sharing and peer learning among ambassadors and participants.

  • Track engagement and feedback to continuously improveMU relatedCoP initiatives and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Change Management Organizational Development Learning & Development Technology orrelatedfield.

  • 5-10 years of proven experience supporting enterprise transformation change enablement or learning adoption initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to workacross cross-functionalpartner groupsand regions.

  • Strong communication collaboration and partner management skills.

  • Experience using engagement metrics and analyticas to drive continuous improvement.

Salary range is expected to be between

$113000.00 CAD - $163000.00 CAD
