Job Summary

Job Title: LPN Long Term Care
Location: Falmouth MA
Duration: 13 Weeks (Extension possible)
Schedule: 5 Days/Week 8 Hours/Day 40 Hours/Week
Shift:

Primarily Days: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Flexibility for Evenings: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Weekends/Holidays: Every Other Weekend & Holiday Required

Compensation:

Gross Weekly: $1893/week
W2 Rate: $18/hour
Weekly Stipend: $1246/week

Job Summary:

A reputable long-term care facility in Falmouth MA is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week assignment with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate patient-centered care while supporting residents medical and daily living needs in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor residents conditions and promptly report changes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Collaborate with RNs physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
Support residents and families with professionalism and empathy.
Assist with lifting and mobility needs (up to 50 lbs.).

Requirements:

Active unencumbered Massachusetts LPN license.
BLS/CPR & AED certification.
Graduate of an approved LPN program.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong documentation communication and leadership skills.
Long-term care experience preferred.
