The role

  • Part Time Fixed Term (until December 2027) - 17.5 hours per week
  • Level 6 - $46012 to $49769 p.a. (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Bathurst

An exciting opportunity is available to join the Childrens Voices Centre (CVC) as the Senior Administration this role you will be the welcoming face of the Centre supporting its day-to-day operations while championing inclusivity collaboration and innovation.

Working closely with the Centre Director Associate Directors and Research Manager you will provide high-level administrative and executive support oversee financial and governance processes and assist with contracts and research activities (often involving children). You will engage with researchers and stakeholders across the University and externally supporting research translation professional development and resource development.

This role would ideally suit someone looking for school hours with flexible days and times available by negotiation. Youll enjoy interesting and varied work in a fun supportive team environment where no two days are quite the same.

About you

  • Proven experience across administrative and financial management.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities confidently.
  • Effective communicator who builds positive trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders including children and families.
  • Competent in working with data reporting and digital systems.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity diversity and social justice in your everyday practice.

This position will require a current and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
