Job Summary

Classification Title:	Finance Business Partner III
Classification Minimum Requirements:	Bachelors degree in an appropriate area and six years of appropriate experience.
Job Description:	Project planning and execution: Lead planning scheduling and daytoday execution of procurement related projects including platform enhancements new module rollouts and process transitions. Coordinate cross-functional teams develop project timelines and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with functional owners and campus users. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Serve as primary project liaison between Procurement Services UFIT vendors and campus units. Develop and deliver clear project communications including updates project documentation training guides and workflow diagrams. Process Improvement & Operational Support: Analyze procurement workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency automation and improved user experience. Recommend and implement business process redesign aligned with UFs procurement strategy. Data & Reporting: Monitor and report on key project metrics risks and performance indicators. Training & Knowledge Management: Support the development of training materials quick guides and campus workshops
