Job Summary
*Primary Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the accounting department
* Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end closing activities
* Review financial statements and provide business insights to management
* Train mentor and develop accounting team members
* Resolve accounting and plant operation issues in a professional and timely manner
* Oversee costing production cost allocation plant accounting and inventory valuation in coordination with the costing team

Requirements
*Skills & Experience Required -
* 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company (mandatory)
* Prior experience in West African countries is preferred
* Strong leadership communication and people management skills
* Self-motivated quick learner and positive attitude
* Strong prioritization and time management skills
