As Head of theFinanceExData Domain you will take on a pivotal leadership role driving value creation from financial data by aligning strategic business priorities with effective engineering execution. You will oversee the development of next-generation financial data products designed for scale speed and reusability supported by strong domain governance and clear forward-looking leadershipthatenable Trygs ambition to deliverindustry-leadingfinancial reporting.

Overall by enabling scale speed and reuse this role offers broad exposure to key leadership disciplines at the intersection of data and finance along with the opportunity to shape and advance Trygs strategic data agenda.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure customer centricity andvalue creation fromfinancialdata through leadership and collaborationwith the CFO organization
• Forma strong data strategy and execution plan together with the rest of theChief Data Officer (CDO)management team
• Lead a large domain organization throughleaders includingbuilding leadership capacity
• Ensuretransparency andsuccess of high-stakes projects
• Bridge business goals and finance data delivery by buildingclose relationships with key stakeholderswithinBID (Business IT and Digitalization)and the CFO area
• Represent the domain toCFO leadership and senior stakeholdersprovidingtransparency in decisions and progress
• Ensure delivery of critical financial data products includingpredictability data quality lineage and auditability
• Enabletimelydelivery ofmonth-end closing data
• Ensure stability and delivery of existing FinancialData Warehouse (DWH)solutions
• Establish clear ownership across core finance regulatory and analytical data
• Ensure compliance with IFRS17 Solvency II audit and data governance requirements

This is a role withsignificantimpact on Trygs data strategyoffering the opportunity to work closely with top management across the organization.

Success in this role requires a strong mix ofleadership competenciesfinancial dataacumena commercial mindsettechnical domainknowledge and interpersonal capabilities. Youare motivated byresponsibility andable totranslatetechnicalinformation intostrategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading large technical organizationswith the ability tobuildand developahigh-skilled management team
• A collaborative structured and decisive leadership style capable of creating transparency and strategic direction in a complex and regulated domain
• Strong stakeholder management skillsandthe ability tocommunicate clearlywithsenior managementbothtechnicaland non-technical
• Solid understandingof the data domain
• Solid understandingof the insurance finance domain
• Fluency in both a Scandinavian language and English

Your experience and grounded nature enable you to provide candidsparringand decision-making with thedata management team. Youpossesssoundbusiness judgmentand the ability to makedata-driven decisionsthat align with organizational goals.

Location: StockholmMalmö Bergenor Copenhagen. The role involves Nordic collaboration including occasional travel to other offices.
