Do you want to play a central role in the operation and development of facilities and utilities at one of Denmarks largest production sites We are seeking an experienced Facility Utilities Manager for our aseptic production facility in Kalundborg who can ensure stable daily operations and drive longterm strategic development.

Your new role

As Facility Utilities Manager youll be the backbone of our production operations ensuring that critical utility facility and HVAC systems run seamlessly every day. Youll lead a skilled team of craftsmen and technicians optimize utility operations and ensure we meet the highest standards of compliance and safety.

Day-to-day your tasks will include:

• Coordinating and prioritizing maintenance activities of validated utility facility and HVAC systems to ensure uninterrupted production
• Monitoring utility supply and proactively managing any operational challenges
• Ensuring full compliance with operational occupational health and safety standards
• Leading coaching and developing a team of skilled craftsmen and technicians
• Optimizing utility operations to support production needs and enhance efficiency
• Collaborating closely with production departments to align utility performance with manufacturing goals
• Building strong partnerships with suppliers and contractors to maintain service excellence

Your new department

Youll be part of Production Support that has the responsibility for the facility and supply of clean-/industrial utility for the production. Furthermore we have our project management office being responsible for all our major investment projects. We are organised in 3 teams occupying 50 engaged colleagues.

In CMC & Product Supply we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules processes devices and products dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.

Within CMC & Product Supply our facility and utility operations are critical enablers of production excellence. Your work will directly support large-scale manufacturing ensuring the infrastructure and systems that power our production run reliably and efficiently. Youll be part of a team committed to operational excellence safety and continuous improvement.

Your skills & qualifications

Were looking for an experienced Facility Utilities Manager with a strong technical foundation and proven leadership capabilities. Youll bring with you:

• A Bachelors degree in Facility/Utility Management Engineering Marine Engineering or a similar discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience with facility and utility operations and management preferably within large-scale production environments
• Leadership experience managing craftsman teams with the ability to inspire coach and develop technical talent
• Strong technical and operational understanding of facility/utility areas including energy and utility solutions
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to operational compliance and safety standards
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to work effectively with production departments suppliers and contractors
• Fluency in both English and Danish
